Common export issues and how to fix them.
ZIP export is empty
Make sure you have selected an image and a grid size. After exporting, wait for the browser to finish packing before saving.
Download did not start
Check your browser pop-up blocker. Some mobile browsers require a manual tap to save files.
Large image failed to export
Very large images can hit browser memory limits. Try resizing the source image or exporting a smaller grid first.
